Belfast buildings in line for RICS awards

Four Belfast building projects have been shortlisted in the RICS Northern Ireland Awards.

They are the redevelopment of a South Belfast site to create the Chinese Community and Resource Centre. The refurbishment of the Ulster Museum, the development of Queen’s University’s new library and the restoration of St Malachy’s Church.

The projects will compete in several categories and winners go through to the overall RICS Awards to compete both nationally and internationally.

The regional awards ceremony takes place in May at The Great Hall in Queen’s University.

The grand final ceremony is in London in October.
