Consultant Rheumatologist at Royal Free Hospital London, specialising in adult and adolescent general rheumatology, connective tissue diseases and pulmonary hypertension.

Having been thoroughly trained, I am certified by Cardiff Law School as an expert witness. My reports are comprehensive and well researched. I have written reports for claimants, defendants and as a single joint expert, in case involving the civil, criminal and family courts as well as employment tribunals. The cases have ranged from personal injuries of various sorts to clinical negligence cases surrounding a range of clinical scenarios. I aim to produce full reports within 28 days of receipt of medical records

My expertise includes chronic pain syndromes such as whiplash, fibromyalgia/ME and complex regional pain syndrome, as well as arthritis of all types, rarer connective tissue diseases (such as lupus), pulmonary hypertension, treatment with anti-rheumatic medications and corticosteroids. I also take on clinical negligence work in these areas.
