Ian is a Chartered Accountant.
He has specialised in forensic work since 1997 and has acted for Claimants and Defendants and as a Single Joint Expert.
Ian has attended Court and given oral evidence. His experience includes:
- business and share valuations in shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and matrimonial disputes;
- assessment of consequential loss and loss of profits in commercial disputes and business interruption claims;
- assessment of loss of earnings and pension benefits in personal injury, clinical negligence and fatal accident cases;
and
- fraud and financial investigations work in cases of money laundering, fraud, tax evasion and confiscation proceedings.
