As you might be aware, we are now also inviting bookings for our newly launched certificate for expert witnesses acting in Scotland - the University of Aberdeen Bond Solon (UABS) Expert Witness Certificate. This is the first university certificated expert witness training programme in Scotland. Our first public courses will be held virtually in early 2021. E-learning
We also offer a number of e-learning courses which experts can complete in their own time and at their own pace. They are:

GDPR for Expert Witnesses Toolkit (3 hours)
Clinical Negligence Updates for Expert Witnesses - Summer 2020 (1 hour)
By attending our expert witness training courses, you will also be able to demonstrate that you are meeting the expert witness CPD training requirements, which were issued back in May 2019 by the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges - “Acting as an expert or professional witness – Guidance for healthcare professionals”.
We can also run closed courses, either face-to-face or virtually, if you have a group of colleagues who require training.
