Expert Witness Training for Medico-Legal Professionals

Our two-day course is approved for up to 12 CPD points by the Royal College of Surgeons (Eng) and covers: the practicalities of setting up a medico-legal practice; what to expect from instructing parties; the legal procedural rules that govern expert witnesses; report writing; the legal principals of clinical negligence; preparation of joint statements with opposing experts; meetings with counsel; and giving evidence in court.
