Gherson Solicitors Grows Extradition Practice

Leading London-based independent law firm Gherson Solicitors (Gherson) has added solicitor, Hava Rosenfeld to the firm’s growing white collar crime and extradition practice.
Hava joins Gherson from leading US law firm McDermott Will & Emery where she was initially the firm’s sole conflicts attorney in London, before joining the white-collar crime, litigation, and data protection teams and assisting senior members advising clients on various areas of risk and compliance, data protection, general litigation, and corporate crime defence and investigations.
Prior to joining McDermott Will & Emery, Hava worked at Herbert Smith Freehills and Carey Olsen. An international dual qualified lawyer since 2018, Hava has been a solicitor of England and Wales since January 2022. She was previously a Registered Foreign Lawyer and remains a Legal Adviser in Romania.
The white-collar crime and extradition practice at Gherson has an unrivalled track record in handling complex and sensitive matters, often involving politically motivated charges, which have resulted in an un-paralleled reputation for handling some of the largest and most complex high-profile transnational cases.
Hava joins the rapidly expanding firm after a series of strategic hires over recent months including solicitors Cong Gao and Mayuri Manjula who joined the litigation & Arbitration and UK Inbound Immigration teams respectively.
