Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Jack Ross has enabled the option of working from home for our staff ensure safety and continuity of service for clients. Our Manchester premises are now closed, but all of our staff are working as normal from home.

We have also created a section on our website consisting of information relating to Covid-19. This can be found here.

We would kindly advise you to bookmark this webpage and subscribe to the newsletters to ensure you are up to date on this matter. We will be updating our clients regularly via e-shots.

The main telephone line will be answered, but we prefer that you send an email to your main Jack Ross contact where possible. Staff have access to emails and our systems, although there may be times when information or documents on files may not be available immediately.

We will continue to deal with post; however, we do request that whenever possible documents are provided electronically and that paperwork is not hand-delivered without making specific prior arrangements with us. Where possible, we ask that clients email documents to us.

Where you need to send a large number of documents (for example receipts for VAT returns) please us our JRinbox facility. If you currently do not use the JRinbox facility, please email your usual contact at Jack Ross and they will give you more details.

We promise to maintain our high levels of service to help all of our clients and we will continue to adapt and adjust our procedures as guidance changes. Let us fight this global crisis, not with fear, but with cooperation, caution and our collective efforts.
