New Binance Class Action Complaint - Florida Court Filing

An update as regards the recent development of the Binance Class Action.
This latest Class Action lawsuit is the Complaint, filed in Florida, against Binance, CZ, and Celebrity Influencers, by lead attorney Adam Moskowitz, my instructing attorney in the FTX & Voyager Class Actions, in which I (Dr Stephen Castell) am an appointed Expert Witness. The basis of the Complaint is essentially the same as for FTX & Voyager - promotion of trading in unregistered securities (in re which I have provided expert opinion).
