April 2019 marks the twenty year anniversary of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPRs) coming into force.
The CPRs constituted the most fundamental reform of the civil justice system for over a century and have also impacted how the criminal and family courts operate. The way experts work was significantly altered. The Lord Chancellor instructed Lord Woolf to review the rules and procedure of the civil courts in England and Wales who went on to write the seminal report, Access to Justice, and then the CPRs.
Bond Solon are honoured to announce that Lord Woolf will be speaking at their Annual Expert Witness Conference on Friday 8 November 2019 in Westminster. He will offer his unique reflection on the successes and limitations of his reforms, particularly as they relate to experts. You must come!
Booking is easy: book online or call us on 020 7549 2549.
