Mr Paul Sankey, Medical Negligence Lawyer, Enable Law
HHJ Harris QC – Retired High Court Circuit Judge
Dr Tom Boyd, GP Expert Witness
Dr Jonathan Moore, GP Expert Witness

Our excellent faculty will present and tutor you in the key skills of medico-legal practice covering:
Report Writing
Conference with Counsel
Meetings with Experts
Giving evidence in Court

We have based the Report Writing, Conference with Counsel, Meeting of Experts and Giving Evidence in Court courses on the same case study. You can either select the training most relevant to you, or work through the four courses in chronological order using a case that becomes familiar.

There are a range of challenges for clinicians learning and adapting to litigation process in clinical negligence and personal injury work. It is our aim to ensure that medical experts understand their duty to the Court to discharge these duties with integrity and confidence.

Learning from experienced medico-legal experts and lawyers will give newcomers an insight into the practicalities of expert witness practice and encourage existing experts in their ongoing professional development.

The four courses are £750
However if  experts want to do all four courses and apply for our Inspire MediLaw Accreditation which includes an assessment and meeting our criteria that is £995.

Expert witness members receive 10% off any of any of the courses or the accreditation.

We are delighted to open our medicolegal Expert Accreditation to delegates who have completed our two day Expert Witness Training.

Our Accreditation is a quality mark.
It is an indication that you have committed to meeting and maintaining high standards of medicolegal expert witness practice, and that you seek to do so by undergoing regular medicolegal training; obtaining feedback and constructive advice from those instructing you; asking for support in your practice where necessary; and keeping abreast of changes and developments in the law and expert witness practice.

There are two tiers of Accreditation to distinguish experts who are starting out (Expert Accreditation) from those who are more experienced (Senior Expert Accreditation).

This is the link to our accreditation scheme which we have just launched too.
