Experienced expert witness with a number of party-appointed and single joint expert appointments and also experienced in preparing evidence for court and giving evidence in Court on over 60 occasions. Expert determination appointments by the President's Appointments Scheme, ICAEW. Areas of expertise include breach of contract and consequential loss, fraud work, CPS defences and prosecutions, divorce, professional negligence, share and business valuations, including agency valuations under the terms of Regulation 17 of the Commercial Agents (Council Directive) Regulations 1993 and guidelines set down in the House of Lords case, Lonsdale v Howard and Hallam Limited 2007, personal injury and intellectual property royalties recovery, including consumer products, publishing and patents etc.
