Simon Nabarro has worked as a General Practice Surveyor for 38 years. He is able to provide expert advice in the fields of building disputes, domestic valuation and survey, negligence cases and landlord and tenant matters, mainly relating to covenants to repair, and boundary disputes and party wall issues.
Expert advice in respect of domestic valuations will only cover mainly the West Yorkshire region in approx a 15 to 20 mile radius of Leeds. Clearly questions of building design and building construction can be dealt with in areas further afield provided valuations are not required for the purpose of assessing damages.
