Alan Chittenden is experienced as an expert witness in Family, Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts. He is a regular participant in conferences and workshops provided by legal, medical and psychological organizations, thus keeping up with the latest research and changes in legal and psychological matters. Clinical Practice working with anxiety states, mood disorders, pain management, post traumatic stress disorder and phobias. Experience in working with victims of crime, trauma and assessment of psychological problems e.g. depression. Assessment of children and adolescents, together with psycho neurological profiles. He is a trained Counsellor and former Director of Marriage Guidance Council and a Department of Veterans Affairs Contract Counsellor.
