Forensic investigation of building defects, expert reports and analysis detailing likely causes, liabilities, remedial work and costs since 1976. Expert assistance in accurate analysis and weighting of relevant issues and preparation and wording of points of claim/defence avoids later redrafting, withdrawal, confusion or challenge. Expert testimony based in over 35 years architectural experience of all building types. I was a graded arbitrator for 15 years, and a licensed builder in NSW for 3 years. I am based at Avalon on Sydney's northern beaches, but am available almost anywhere if time and costs permit.
