Dr Kendall has extensive experience as a medico-legal expert witness having appeared before the Supreme, District, Worker's Compensation, Criminal and Family Courts. He has given opinions in matters relating to civil compensation, permanent disability insurance claims and medical negligence claims among others. Dr Kendall's expertise includes forensic matters, criminal assault, migration medical assessments, custody of minors, stress-related illness, post-traumatic stress and anxiety-depression, fitness to plead and discrimination cases. Dr Kendall has held positions at many hospitals and universities throughout his career (see attached CV for details). This has included work in the areas of cardio-respiratory medicine, oncology, endrocrine-diabetic, psychiatric and occupational medicine.
