Since being appointed as a Consultant Vascular Surgeon in Nottingham in 1995 I have completed over 800 medical reports in medical negligence and personal injury cases on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants, covering leg ulcers, poor blood supply to the limbs, stroke, aneurysms, vascular complications of diabetes, complications of vascular surgery, vascular complications of orthopaedic surgery, deep venous thrombosis, compartment syndrome and other conditions.
Approximate ratio 70% Claimant, 30% Defendant, I am happy to have a brief discussion of potential cases with solicitors at no charge. I have undertaken courses on report writing and giving evidence in court.
