With over 40 years experience in the soft Floorcovering industry working for major manufacturers in both the UK and Australia, I can offer a broad knowledge of both Woven and Tufted Carpet Manufacture and Specification. I have extensive experience in Carpet Manufacture, Quality Assurance and Product Development. For the last few years I have been working as an independent Consultant spending much of my time in complaint investigation and resolution. I am an Approved Arbitrator with the Carpet Institute of Australia and an Accredited Mediator and Conciliator with the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators of Australia.
