MLXL commenced in 1993 and is a professional independent building construction consultancy which specialises in the provision of expert opinion services. This involves document analysis, site inspection and production of an expert report. This also involves attendance by MLXL in the dispute resolution forum to provide an expert opinion on the building construction matter at issue. Prior to commencement of MLXL Michael Lowry was engaged by building construction companies in Sydney on various commercial, industrial, hotel, hospital and residential projects in various management capacities both on site and off site. Michael has the following qualifications: Bachelor of Building (UNSW) Master of Project Management (UNSW) Master of Dispute Resolution (UTS)
