Rebecca Billings is an Economic Analyst with ACIL Tasman and has been with the firm since July 2001. Rebecca has extensive research and analytical experience in policy and economic analysis, using both quantitative and qualitative techniques. Rebecca has applied these skills to a wide range of sectors and policy issues including health, aged care, telecommunications and regional assessments. Rebecca has been a key member of many projects for public sector clients, in particular, for the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance. Recent examples include: a review of the cost of social regulation, the identification and analysis of leading edge ideas, a review of Victoria’s infrastructure gaps, and an overview of the experience of economic development in regional Victoria for the Victorian Competition and Efficiency Commission.
