Mr N J Lewis

Mr Nicholas Lewis is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience in the Building industry.

With an initial Architectural background, and the benefit of having worked for both contractor and client which allows a breadth of understanding of both the problems faced by the contractor and the client in dealing with building disputes, Mr Lewis is competent to advise in most areas of Building Construction, specifications and drawings, Architectural Design and Litigation Reports.

Mr Lewis is Chairman of the Kent Pyramus & Thisbe Club and a Member of Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors providing expert opinion on the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. Mr Lewis is also an Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety dealing with Health and Safety under the new CDM 2015 Regulations.
