I have over 38 years experience including vocational training with Strathclyde Police Identification Bureau and the Forensic Science Laboratory. Areas of specialism include Recovery of Indentations (ESDA), Examinations of Inks, Paper by VSC (Video Spectral Comparator) and Anonymous Letters. Identification of Handwriting/Forgery. Trained in the responsibilities of a Single Joint Expert (1999) Member of the Forensic Science Society, National Association of Document Examiners I have been recognised by the Crown Authorities as an expert in Document Examination, and have reported thereon, on many occasions toGovernment & Prosecuting Authorities, Councils, Companies, Hearings, Tribunals, Appeal Court, Supreme, Civil, and Criminal Courts of both Summary and Solemn Procedure, in Scotland, England, Northern Ireland, Eire, and abroad.
