My rooms in Bath are open, with COVID precautions, for claimants. I also do telephone consultations.
My areas of expertise include general rheumatology, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue rheumatism, including whiplash and repetitive strain injury, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, complex regional pain syndrome, chronic fatigue/ME, neurological rehabilitation, especially traumatic brain injury, and medical negligence.
I have been an expert witness for the past thirty years, with experience of report writing, conferences and giving evidence in court. I accept approximately 20 new instructions annually, 45% claimant, 45% defendant and 10% joint. I frequently undertake domiciliary examinations, including abroad. I have provided some thirty reports on British military claimants.
