I have a unique skill mix: considerable personal experience of carrying out skin laser procedures (I can give an opinon on appropriteness of treatment provided); certificated laser protection adviser (LPA) (I can address the suitability of safety measures); registered medical physicist (I can calculate and advise on laser & UV exposure levels); working in photodermatology I have extensive experience on health matters related to sunbeds. I am retired from the NHS but still carry out laser treatments privately.
I am Emeritus President of British Medical Laser Association and I have produced over 300 published works.
