Dr Rachel Limbrey

I am a Consultant Respiratory and General Physician at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. I have been in post since 2006. I trained in London and latterly Southampton. I am a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians.

I cover most aspects of respiratory medicine including asbestos related lung disease, asthma, COPD, pneumonia, pulmonary embolism, occupational lung disease, assessment following chest injury and breathalyser cases.

I have Expert Witness experience writing approximately six reports each month, and have appeared as an Expert Witness in court.

I have a Doctor of Medicine from Southampton 2004. As an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer I undertake research projects and teach at both undergraduate and post graduate levels.
