I am a Consultant in Pain Medicine and Anaesthesia and conduct medicolegal examination and prepare reports for personal injury claims.
On average I prepare two to three reports a week.
I am well versed with Civil Procedure Rules and ensure to maintain best practice as an expert.
I am well versed in the requirements of CPR Part 35 and PD35, the protocol for the instruction of experts to give evidence in civil claims (supplementing PD 35 para 13.5) and the PD on pre-action conduct. I am happy to reply to any Part 35.6 within 21 days of receipt or promptly notify if not practicable.
