Mr Andy Chesters

Mr Andy Chesters is an expert in specific aspects of motor insurance particularly fleet underwriting and delegated motor authority. He has over 30 years experience including running successful, profitable units in the London Motor Market (including Lloyd's). Several years ago he established his own company to offer advisory services for the motor insurance market.

Mr Chesters has an excellent knowledge across the industry including underwriting principles, moral hazard, material facts, indemnity principles, procedures and accountability. He has a sound knowledge of claims handling and operations.

Mr Chesters has expert witness experience over several years, including instruction as a Single Joint Expert. He is trained and experienced in giving oral evidence in Court. He is also experienced at negotiating for capacity and has advised on non-conventional programmes.
