David has expert witness experience, providing psychological assessments and reports for the court at all stages of the legal process including plea, trial and sentencing hearings, for adults and adolescents.
All assessments and reports are completed with utmost professionalism. All psychological assessments consistently provide a comprehensive answer to the questions to be explored and will engage deeply with complex matters in a way that is accessible to the court.
David is a regular lecturer and speaker in all spheres on the subject of mental health and psychoanalysis. He is editor of "Violence, Perversion and Delinquency" Karnacs (2007.) And many chapters on these subjects in collected papers. He has also contributed to the press and television, most recently the BBC programmes 'Something Understood' with John McCarthy on isolation and loneliness and 'Start the Week' with John Waite on Whistleblowers.
