Dr Burbidge is a Consultant Interventional and Diagnostic Radiologist at a large teaching hospital trust. He trained in radiology in Leeds, with a special interest in non vascular intervention, uroradiology and gastrointestinal imaging, he qualified in 2004.
His special interests include; urology imaging and intervention, particularly minimally invasive techniques for kidney stones and obstruction (nephrostomy, ureteric stenting, PCNL), as well as interventional oncology (tumour ablation) and general non vascular intervention (liver/tumour biopsy, abdominal and chest drainage etc). Dr Burbidge also has expertise in a wide range of general imaging including ultrasound, X ray, Fluoroscopy, CT and MRI.
Dr Burbidge provides expert witness reports and reviews imaging on a wide range of cases involving both diagnostic and interventional radiology.
