Dr Evans has worked in the National Health Service since 2007, inputting to acute and outpatient settings and working in a number of multi-disciplinary teams. He is a senior practitioner in the NHS and is the Lead Consultant Psychologist in Neuropsychology and Neurorehabilitation at York Teaching Hospital. He is also the Managing Director of Psychle Limited and has significant experience working as an expert witness in the civil courts.
Psychle Limited are an independent psychology provider based in the North East of England offering services throughout Northern England and the Midlands. The clinical team comprises psychologists and CBT therapists who provide expert assessment and talking therapy on behalf of solicitors, insurance companies, case managers, medical reporting agencies and private individuals.

Dr Evans provides medico-legal assessments for the courts and writes approximately 40-60 court reports per year. To ensure full compliance with best practice in report writing and providing oral evidence to the courts, he has completed specialised Expert Witness training.
Dr. Evans has completed the full Bond Solon Expert Witness Civil certificate, with modules in Excellence in Report Writing, Courtroom Skills (with cross examination assessment) and Law and Civil Procedure.
Dr. Evans is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, with full membership to the Divisions of Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology. He is a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council.
