Dr Evans has worked in the National Health Service since 2007, inputting to acute and outpatient settings and working in a number of multi-disciplinary teams. He is the lead Consultant Neuropsychologist at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He is also the Managing Director of Psychle Limited and has significant experience working as an expert witness in the civil courts at all levels of complexity. Dr Evans also works as a treating Neuropsychologist in independent case managed teams in the community. Dr Evans is the research lead for Psychology at York Hospital and has expertise in neuropsychometric test development and validation studies in neuropsychology. He works closely with case managers, solicitors, barristers and other member of the legal profession and multidisciplinary teams in the independent sector.

Dr Evans undertakes 40% defence work, 50% claimant work, and around 10% jointly instructed work for the courts.

Membership

Dr. Evans is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, with full membership to the Divisions of Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology. He is a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council.
