Mr John Read is an experienced building surveyor & contract administrator with a wide range of experience in building design and construction. His specialist areas of expertise are building design and construction, contract administration, party wall and CDM 2015.
He has experience in acting as both expert witness and single joint expert. He has acted as expert witness in homeowner/builder disputes, homeowner/consultant disputes and workmanship standards giving opinions on the quality and design of works undertaken.
