Professor Asma Khalil is a Consultant Obstetrician at St George’s Hospital and Professor of Maternal Fetal Medicine Reader at St George’s Medical School, University of London. She is a subspecialist in Maternal and Fetal Medicine, specialising in scanning women and babies with complications in pregnancy. As well as working within the NHS she offers expert private healthcare in London, both on Harley Street and at The Portland hospital.

She has active national and international research collaborations. She has published more than 150 scientific research papers, invited reviews and textbook chapters.
