Eur.Ing John M Beighton is a Chartered Engineer, he has a vast practical experience in the fields of health & safety, environmental, engineering, personnel and training.
His specialised legal areas are; personal injury and professional negligence cases having undertaken expert witness training and given evidence in court. Experienced in both civil and criminal law assessments in the investigation, research and presentation of information as an expert witness for the courts. Assignments nationally have been undertaken involved with the food processing, retail, distribution, scientific laboratory, mining, quarrying, plastics, farming, engineering production, local authorities, water, gas / biogas, construction, education sectors, as well as consumer issues.
