Mr Garfinkel is a Chartered Surveyor and director at Currell Chartered Surveyors, he has 26 years experience.

He provides independent and unbiased expert witness reports for a variety of proceedings and tribunals, including Leasehold Valuations Tribunals, Matrimonial Tribunals. His evidence is also used in the CPO process and in contentious bankruptcy cases and, is regularly used to aid civil proceedings.
