AP Williamson Consultants Limited is a roofing, cladding and building envelope consultancy specialising in all aspects of roofing, cladding and the whole building envelope, including the design of various structural elements to support both roof and wall coverings.
The consultancy operates nationwide and services a wide range of clients, ranging from building owners to insurance companies and offers expert advice for problem solving in roofing, cladding and building envelope issues, these range from leak investigations, dilapidation schedules, condition surveys and project management including preparing tender documents and the supervision of works.
Mr Alan Williamson has experience of many types of construction including modular construction, student accommodation, airports, schools, commercial buildings, hotels, combined courts, industrial buildings, leisure centres and shopping centres in both refurbishment and new construct.

Checking drawings / carrying out site supervisory roles as works commence on all types of new build & refurbishment roofing & cladding works.
