Mr Ivan Foo is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon based in West Yorkshire. He has been a Consultant Plastic Surgeon since November 1993. He has an excellent all round knowledge of Plastic Surgery with a special interest in breast reconstruction and aesthetic surgery. Mr Foo manages a wide variety of emergencies, including burns, soft tissue, hand and lower limb trauma.
He provides medical reports related to personal injury.
Special clinical Interests include;
Cosmetic surgery of the breast (augmentation, breast reduction and uplift)
Facial surgery (eyelid reduction, rhinoplasty and ear reduction often referred to as 'bat ears')
Abdominal reshaping (often referred to as a tummy tuck and liposuction)
Mr Foo has a private practice is based at The Yorkshire Clinic and Spire Elland Hospital.
In addition to a Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic practice, he has a busy medico-legal practice at hospitals in Halifax and Bradford.
He has prepared medico-legal reports for personal injury claims for over 24 years in his capacity as Consultant Plastic Surgeon. Since the Woolf Report, 1999, he has been instructed as the Single Joint Expert.
Mr Foo receives joint instructions and acts as an expert for plastic surgery related injuries including hand trauma (major and minor), scarring (facial and other sites), following burns, and soft tissue injuries following lower limb trauma and road traffic accidents.
