James is an experienced forensic accountant practicing in the North of England, having held senior positions at a number of top tier UK accounting firms.
He has specialised as a forensic accountancy practitioner since 1999, conducting investigations into fraud and accounting irregularities and assisting clients involved in a range of commercial and family disputes involving litigation, international arbitration, mediation and expert determination. He has given expert witness evidence under cross examination.
Paul leads the forensic accounting practice for Azets in London. Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales with 14 years of experience in forensic accounting, having spent over seven years in the forensic team at a top 10 UK accountancy firm and, prior to that, six years at a US forensic boutique.
Although Paul has a wide range of forensic experience, the majority of his work involves the quantification of damages following contractual / warranty breaches, shareholder and partnership disputes, business interruption claims, matrimonial disputes and contentious valuations. Paul has been instructed as expert by dispute resolution lawyers in the context of both litigation and arbitration on a number of occasions and has also provided oral testimony.
Martin leads the forensic accounting practice in the Midlands. He has specialised in forensic accountancy since 2005 working at a top ten accountancy practice.
Martin has been involved in a variety of forensic and investigation assignments including: investigations into allegations of fraud and other financial irregularities; asset tracing; business interruption and loss of profit; commercial disputes; business valuations; insurance claims and disputes and transaction disputes.
