The Glasgow Expert Witness Service was founded in 1991 to provide expert reports in all aspects of alcohol and drugs from drink/drug driving through medical negligence, insurance claims to family cases involving misuse of drugs and/or alcohol.
We prepare reports in about 400 cases a year and attend Court about 60 times a year. We are fully qualified in report writing, courtroom skills and cross examination. We offer a free initial consultation (up to 30 minutes) to ascertain if we can assist and are the right people for the job.
