Mr Mounir Hakimi is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon based in Greater Manchester. He is a fellowship trained Hip and Knee arthroplasty surgeon. He qualified in 2001 and undertook speciality training in Trauma and Orthopaedic in the Northwest.
In his private practice Mr Hakimi is based in Manchester at BMI Alexandra Hospital, The Highfield Hospital and Ramsay Oaklands Hospital. He also holds monthly clinics in different locations in the UK.
Mr Hakimi has a particular interest in: Primary and Complex Hip and Knee replacement, Revision Hip and Knee replacement; arthroscopic knee surgery, infected joint replacement and complex trauma.
Mr Hakimi has acted as an expert witness since 2018. He sees a wide range of clients, including those with fractures, arthritis, joint replacements, soft tissue injuries, back pain, whiplash and complication arising from any of the above conditions and treatments.
He has attended the Bond Solon Excellence in Report Writing and the yearly conference and has been instructed by both claimants and defendants on personal injury. Reports are submitted within 10 days of clinic date (provided all medical records supplied.)
