Dr Turner founded and is Director and Senior Consultant of Anthias Consulting. She is an analytical chemist, recognised, internationally, as an expert with extensive knowledge of Gas Chromatography (GC, GC+GC, GCxGC), Liquid Chromatography (HPLC, IC), Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS, LC-MS, Deconvolution), Sample Preparation techniques, Elemental analysis (ICP-OES, ICP-MS), Data Analysis (Chemometrics), Molecular Spectroscopy (FTIR, UV-VIS), Molecular imaging (MSI, MALDI-TOF), Structural & particle size analysis, Water content analysis, Thermal analysis and Methods.
A Warwick University Graduate, Diane completed her Masters in analytical chemistry working on LC-MS and GC-MS. Diane started her career in environmental chemistry then in agrochemicals, later on gaining significant experience as an Applications Chemist. Diane completed her PhD at The Open University in disease diagnosis through analysing biological samples and using chemometrics.
Diane is widely published, she has developed methods for, given support and high quality training for companies in most industries around the world for more than 25 years. She is also a Visiting Fellow and Consultant at The Open University.
