Dominic Sparkes is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years of comprehensive experience in undertaking structural inspections. Specialising in assessing the integrity and condition of various structures, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties. He is partner and managing director at ADS Consult.

Dominic has been engaged on a variety of disputes to provide expert opinion on structural engineering matters reating to building defects, retaining walls, tree matters and poor construction.
Dominic has expert witness experience writing reports for structural engineering disputes providing objective, technical analysis and insights in legal proceedings involving structural issues. The reports are prepared with extensive experience in the field of structural engineering covering aspects such as structural integrity, compliance with building codes, and causation of failures or defects. Assessing the evidence, ensuring clarity and comprehensibility for legal professionals and jurors to assist in litigation, resolve disputes, and provide clear guidance, thereby facilitating fair and informed resolution of engineering-related legal matters.
