James is a specialist in the area of practice known as Neighbourly Matters. This includes Rights of Light & Daylight-Sunlight consultancy, appointments under the Party Wall etc. Act, access licenses, advice pertaining to the Access to Neighbouring Land Act, and boundary disputes.
On several occasions, James has acted as Expert at planning committee in central London where the issue of Daylight-Sunlight has been a particularly contentious matter.
