Mandeep joined AWH via their internship programme in June 2011 amidst a period of economic volatility, qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in May 2014 and progressed to a Director role by November 2019.
He currently works within the valuation team as a Director, providing high level Red Book valuations, and with general practice knowledge this allows him to value a range of assets in various sectors including; residential, office, retail, industrial, HMO’s, development valuation and Leasehold Reform (acting for both Freeholders and Leaseholders). Previous expert witness appointments include providing Single Joint Expert valuation/s for matrimonial purposes on individual and residential portfolios, and submissions to the First-tier Tribunal pursuant to the Leasehold Reform Act 1993 including those for absentee Freeholders.
Mandeep has also provided oral evidence as an Expert within a First-tier Tribunal hearing on behalf of the applicant in their claim to extend their lease.He has 10+ years’ experience as a Registered Valuer.
