Dr Irshad Mohamed Ali is an experienced Consultant in Stroke Medicine and Acute Internal Medicine, and a recognised expert witness in matters of medical negligence, personal injury, and hospital care standards. With over 13 years service in senior NHS consultant posts, he has built a strong reputation for delivering evidence-based, impartial, and robust medico-legal opinions for coroners’ courts, civil litigation, inquests, and clinical negligence cases.

• Hyperacute stroke services, TIA clinics, rehabilitation, and inpatient stroke care
• Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) and ambulatory medicine
• Management of a wide range of acute medical presentations: chest pain, sepsis, venous thromboembolism, delirium, seizures, poisoning, alcohol dependence, gastrointestinal bleeding, endocrine emergencies, trauma, falls, and head injuries
• Long-term disease management, preventative health strategies, and complex diagnostics

He is highly regarded for his meticulous and empathetic approach, ensuring patient-focused, high-standard care supported by the latest clinical evidence.
