Consultant Physician with special responsibility for Care of the Elderly and Stroke Medicine at Maidstone Hospital, Kent, since 1995.
I have 30 years’ experience as a consultant physician in a district general hospital. I took a full part in the unselected medical take until three years ago. I have wide experience in most areas of elderly medicine. I developed stroke medicine in Maidstone and continue to provide hyper-acute/acute stroke care. I provide a specialist service for patients with movement disorders. I undertake consultations in the NHS and in private practice in general medicine, care of the elderly, stroke medicine and movement disorders.
