Mr. Robert Dalton

Rob has been involved in the construction and engineering industry throughout his career, predominantly working for main contractors and consultancy organisations as a quantum-related professional.

Rob has broad experience in providing advisory services including procurement and commercial strategy, and in dispute resolution including providing factually based entitlement documents for quantum and delay matters, often collaborating with legal professionals.  Rob is often appointed as a quantum expert and regularly supports others on larger disputes to provide CPR35-compliant expert reports.

Rob has extensive experience in claims preparation and management. Rob has been involved in structured negotiations, adjudications, and litigation proceedings.  Rob has been appointed party representative in respect of many adjudications.

Rob has a detailed understanding of the standard forms of contract used in the construction and engineering industry, including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC, and experience with many bespoke forms of contract.Rob is registered as an accredited NEC professional.
