Drilling Expert Witness, Arbitrator, Neutral, Mediator

I act as an Arbitrator and Driling Expert witness, accepting a maximum of 4 concurrent appointments.
As a Drilling expert, I help you to impress your colleagues, client, tribunal and opposite counsel by -
* Ensuring your Statement of case, defence, counterclaims are technically accurate. Don't issue these without expert advice or you might suffer a credibility deficit from the start. Don't rely on what the in-house counsel tell you. What they tell you about the issues in dispute is hearsay and can be technically deficient. They're relying on what they were told, people can be in self defence mode and the whole truth might not be given.
* Explain how technical claims relate to the contract.
* Identify strengths and weaknesses of the case.
* Rapidly respond to questions - I limit myself to 4 concurrent appointments as Expert or Arbitrator to allow plenty of time to work on my appointments and enjoy life.
* Forensically analyse evidence and draft a high quallity report.
* Write a briefing note for the lawyer who will cross-examine the other Drilling expert.
* Defend the expert report under cross examination.
If within 30 days of appointment, you or I decide that I'm not a good fit for the case, I will only invoice for work done if you want to use that work. This removes any risk in making my appointment.
