Mr Marston has 30 years’ experience as Expert Witness. His special interest is lower limb orthopaedics and trauma, particularly hip and knee arthroplasty, joint injuries and fractures. His main focus in medicolegal work is on cases of clinical negligence in the performance of lower limb joint replacement (hip and knee) and the treatment of lower limb trauma. He also assists with lower limb personal injury cases.
Reports are written in clear English and provide as well as opinion, a highly detailed review of available notes and imaging. All reports are written for the benefit of the Court.
Timescales: Reports are completed within four weeks from receiving formal instructions. Claimant assessment is offered within four weeks from enquiry.
Fees: Cost of a report depends on the volume of notes and imaging Mr Marston will be asked to review. Hourly fee £500
*Mr Marston will review enquiries to provide a pro bono opinion on breach of duty and causation.
