Mr Ewan Kannegieter MSc FRCPodS FFPM RCPS (Glasg) is a Consultant Podiatric Surgeon practising across NHS and private sectors, with specialist expertise in diabetic foot disease, limb salvage, and foot and ankle surgery. His clinical practice encompasses elective and urgent care, advanced surgical decision making, complication management, and multidisciplinary working.

He provides independent medico legal opinion on standards of care, clinical judgement, causation, and prognosis in cases involving foot and ankle pathology. This includes matters arising from delayed diagnosis or referral, management of diabetic foot disease, surgical indication and consent, post operative complications, and the operation of multidisciplinary care pathways.

His medico legal work is informed by senior clinical roles, national leadership positions, and direct involvement in service delivery and governance within UK healthcare. He is instructed in claimant and defendant clinical negligence matters.
