I have over 25 years industry experience working for national house builders before moving into
consultancy where I have gained vast experience of Quantity Surveying, Contract
Administration and Project Management., across many sectors of the construction industry.
Working across many sectors of the construction industry;large scale regeneration, residential, healthcare, industrial and commercial.
Responsible for procurement and controlling budgets on projects ranging from £1m to £1billion
and managing project life cycles from concept through to completion and into latent defects
with experience both contractor and client side appointments.
Skilled report author of cost plans and forensic cost analysis reports within the field of expert
witness services.I understand my duty under the Civil Procedure Rules, part 35.
