David Emin is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a partner at Quantum Experts, a Chartered Surveying practice, specialising in expert witness services, construction contracts, claims, disputes and property services. Quantum Experts have experience throughout all levels of the supply chain from developers, contractors, subcontractors, design teams and end users/purchasers.
David is regularly appointed as a quantity surveyor on live projects, as an independent expert witness, prepares claims, and represents parties in adjudication.
Highly regarded in the profession, he has experience in the residential, ministry of defence, education, healthcare, industrial, mixed-use, infrastructure and commercial building. He has significant hands-on experience in numerous suites/forms of contract including JCT, PPC, NEC, EPIC/EPC and bespoke forms on projects ranging from £10k to £250m in value.
He has delivered non-contentious commercial and contractual support to clients, contractors, and subcontractors, along with contentious consulting services predominantly in the UK. David is currently providing non-contentious quantity surveying services and therefore has up to date knowledge and experience of quantity surveying matters.
